Cautions: Grapefruit oil can cause photosensitivity. To avoid this, we recommend a dilution no higher than 4% or 36 drops of oil per 30 ml of carrier oil.

DESCRIPTION:

In our opinion, there is no better oil than the “sparkle” of Grapefruit to lighten up mental fatigue and moodiness. Grapefruit Essential Oil can be used in a 1% dilution as a purifier of congested, oily and blemish prone skin and is sometimes added to carrier oil or creams and lotions as a natural toner.

DIRECTIONS:

Diffuse several drops of Grapefruit with 2-3 drops of Rosemary to help with occasional tension in the head and neck or apply topical- ly to the abdomen diluted in a carrier oil for digestive upset.

Essential oils are highly concentrated which can differ in smell and can cause skin irritation. Do not apply them on skin unless diluted.

BLENDS WELL WITH:

Citronella, Coriander Seed, Fir Needle, Geranium Egyptian, Jasmine Absolute, Juniper Berry, Neroli, Petitgrain, Rosemary 1,8-Cineole, and Ylang Ylang Complete.
